Analyze financial data, loss history, and risk characteristics to determine appropriate pricing and terms for policies.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., claims, risk management, and legal) to provide comprehensive insurance solutions and resolve any client or policy-related issues.

Review and negotiate policy terms, conditions, and endorsements in line with underwriting authority.

Monitor and manage a portfolio of accounts, including assessing renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the property and casualty market.

Provide support and guidance to junior underwriters and assist in the development of underwriting strategies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all underwriting practices.
