Position: Site Superintendent
Location: St. Catharines, ON
Salary: $120K–$140K + performance bonus

We’re partnering with a well-established builder that’s breaking ground on a new multi-residential development in the St. Catharines area. They’re looking for a Site Superintendent with experience running similar wood-frame projects over concrete structures from start to finish.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with steady work ahead. The company has an active pipeline across the region and is looking for someone who can grow with them long term.

What you bring

• Experience overseeing mid-rise residential projects (ideally 4–6 storeys over concrete parkade)

• Comfortable running sites, managing trades, schedules, and quality control

• Gold Seal Certification or actively working toward it is a strong asset

• Red Seal Carpentry ticket is a plus but not required
