What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Recruit and hire a world-class sales team, ensuring timely and budget-conscious hiring
  • Manage and enable team members to achieve key productivity metrics and sales milestones
  • Develop and execute an account strategy for the region to enhance team collaboration and sales effectiveness
  • Partner with Sales Engineering for impactful product demonstrations and technology validation

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
  • Minimum of 3+ years leading a sales team focused on acquiring new business and logos
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams responsible for generating new demand and customer acquisition
  • Proven track record of closing complex sales with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with managing and closing deals valued at $50K and above, including transactions over $100K
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical features as business value
