What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit and hire a world-class sales team, ensuring timely and budget-conscious hiring
- Manage and enable team members to achieve key productivity metrics and sales milestones
- Develop and execute an account strategy for the region to enhance team collaboration and sales effectiveness
- Partner with Sales Engineering for impactful product demonstrations and technology validation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and drive upsell opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
- Minimum of 3+ years leading a sales team focused on acquiring new business and logos
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams responsible for generating new demand and customer acquisition
- Proven track record of closing complex sales with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with managing and closing deals valued at $50K and above, including transactions over $100K
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical features as business value
