As a Sales Engineer or Technical Client Advisor (TCA), you will serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to deliver customized solutions, address technical inquiries, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our products or services. You will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to provide outstanding service and support. This role blends technical expertise with a strong understanding of client needs and business opportunities. You will apply your knowledge of customer needs, opportunities, and Lenovo’s assets to create top-tier solutions and gain support from key stakeholders throughout the process.
