Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your Sandler training to effectively manage and grow a sales pipeline from prospecting through contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Leverage your hunter mentality to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market restaurant segment.
  • Perform cold calling and other lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Engage in B2B sales, presenting our technology solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders in the restaurant industry.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of mid-market restaurants, and tailor our technology solutions to address those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer success, product, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through onboarding and beyond.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to inform your sales strategy.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the restaurant technology or related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Experience using the Sandler sales methodology or equivalent.
  • Strong B2B sales experience, with a focus on mid-market accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and technology trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be a team player, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
