Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Technical Product Developer with a strong background in menswear, including outerwear, knitwear, woven bottoms, and tailored styles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and has direct experience collaborating with overseas vendors.

You will be responsible for owning the technical development process from handover from the design team through to final production handoff, ensuring each garment meets our high standards for fit, construction, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage tech packs, BOMs, and construction details across multiple categories including outerwear, sweaters, pants, and knits.
  • Translate design intent into technical specifications, ensuring clear and accurate communication with overseas vendors.
  • Manage fit sessions and execute detailed fit comments and revisions.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Review prototypes and samples for quality, construction, and fit consistency.
  • Ensure alignment with brand aesthetic and quality standards throughout all stages of product development.
  • Maintain organized development records and documentation across seasons.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical product development within the menswear space.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, technical design, and fit across categories.
  • Proven experience in working with overseas vendors, including communication on fit, spec, and construction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and a passion for product.
