ICBC is seeking an Intermediate Developer to join our applications team. You will enhance and maintain online tools used by our teams, partners, and customers, with a focus on web and mobile-friendly development, testing, and deployment.

You will code, unit test, and provide technical leadership on mid-to-high complexity work, while generating documentation and supporting production issue resolution. A collaborative, Agile environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Bachelor's or higher in computer science or related field preferred.
• Experience across full software lifecycle and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Code and unit test in support of projects and enhancements.
• Lead medium to high complexity design, configuration, development, and delivery.
• Create and maintain application and support documentation.
• Investigate and resolve production problems.
• Provide estimates for business cases and projects based on input from analysts or leads.
• Develop automation and optimize performance and capacity.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum/Kanban and code reviews.
• Review junior developers' work.
