Job Specifics

We are seeking 1 permanent Mid-Level MOA, part-time or full-time, to join our busy and friendly clinic environment. The MOA will have varied responsibilities, including but not limited to administrative duties and patient referrals to specialists.

The Following Skills Are Required For This Position

  • Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and doctors
  • Customer service focus and strong people skills
  • Experience in a Family Practice office
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Past EMR experience
  • Knowledge of MSP billing
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor IT problems
  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written)

Key Assets For This Position Include

  • Knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
  • Past experience with MSP billing
