Job summary

Solstice Canada Corp. is seeking an Intermediate Environmental Project Manager to lead assessment, monitoring, remediation, and reclamation projects across western Canada. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and client relationships while mentoring junior staff and ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 5–10 years in environmental consulting, with experience in Phase 1/2 ESAs, groundwater work, and regulatory compliance. Some travel to Alberta/BC/Saskatchewan is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Environmental Science or related discipline is required.
• Professional designation is an asset and registration with a professional body is preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years in environmental consulting with project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessment, monitoring, remediation, and reclamation projects.
• Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors on site.
• Review data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations.
• Support proposals, cost estimating, and business development.
