Job description

• Design, configure, and support Microsoft SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments tailored to client requirements.
• Develop custom SharePoint components including web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, and forms.
• Implement business process automation using Power Automate and integrate with PowerApps and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Migrate legacy content and systems to modern SharePoint platforms with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure platform performance, governance, and security are maintained in alignment with best practices.
• Provide end-user training, technical documentation, and post-implementation support.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years in an IT management position
• Over 10 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint
• Extensive background (minimum 10 years) in IT project deployment.
• Proficiency in project methodologies such as SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent industry certification and training
• Comprehensive understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and IT security implications
• Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, content types, and permissions models
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, Power Platform, and Azure services integration
• Strong UI / UX knowledge and the ability to build user-friendly, responsive SharePoint pages
• Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate or Metalogix is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
