Job summary

Pacer Group in Montreal is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer for a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days on-site per week, with a CAD rate of 58-60 per hour.

You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade business applications and workflows, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform development.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams and 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations with Power BI.
• Configure and manage Dataverse data models.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services and external REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Platform apps and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Implement RBAC security, governance and compliance across Power Platform.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing and deployments.
• Create technical and support documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse.

• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
• Implement role-based security, governance, compliance, and access controls across Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution documentation, and support materials.
• Provide production support and resolve application and workflow issues.
