Job summary

RSM Canada is seeking a Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to support our growing D365 CE practice and client base. You will lead requirements sessions, help design and develop the D365 CE system, and work closely with clients and vendors to deliver effective solutions.

The role emphasizes initiative, collaboration, and experience with Agile/SureStep methodologies in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, MIS or related business field is required.
• CRM certification or experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Create design documentation for D365 CE implementations.
• Take an active role in the development of the D365 CE system.
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and other vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions.

• Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related business fields
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus
• Experience with Scribe a plus
• SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
• Experience with Field Service

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Relevant, hands‑on work‑related experience working in a team environment.
• Desire to learn and grow.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $86,500 - $149,600

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
