We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to lead the development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role involves hands-on technical development, team leadership, and collaboration with solution architects to deliver scalable and robust CRM solutions across multiple modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions, including customization, integration, and deployment.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and business analysts to align technical solutions with business requirements.
  • Design and develop custom components using JavaScript, C#, .NET, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools.
  • Integrate D365 CE with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and Service Bus.
  • Drive DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git-based workflows.
  • Perform technical code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments during the development, testing, and support phases.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
  • Strong development experience in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Framework/Core.
  • Proven expertise in customizing Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, custom workflows, web resources, and Power Automate flows.
  • Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience integrating with third-party systems using Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and custom connectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Release Management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a distributed team environment.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
