What You Will Do

• Lead and support planning, design, and implementation of enterprise projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot studio.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts and users to provide design guidance and contribute to solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Provide technical leadership and support to project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Work on a diverse portfolio of projects, helping clients derive value through tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demos, and provide product expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and share best practices, documentation, and solution alternatives.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure the quality of code delivered and provide support for escalated incidents or outages.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, lead meetings, and track action items.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.

What You Bring To The Role

• 3-5+ years of experience building solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform.
• Proven experience as a technical lead, architect, or solution architect with Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform.
• Ability to write high-quality specifications and technical analysis documents.
• Experience in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform.
• Experience with Copilot Studio.
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK for plugins, workflows, and applications.
• Familiarity with web development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JSON).
• Experience with SharePoint, Azure provisioning, Azure B2C.
• Experience reviewing business and technical requirements.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The salary range is $85,000 to $127,000, potentially with bonuses, based on skills, location, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
