As a Microsoft D365 Technical Analyst your responsibilities will include:
· Provide level 2 technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM
· Understand business requirements and how they translate into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365
· Configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs
· Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using tools such as Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues
· Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for anomalies
· Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and recommend improvements
· Follow change management processes and ensure compliance with security policies
· Create and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals
· Provide operational activities when required after-hours and on weekends
· Other relevant duties as assigned and required

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Microsoft D365 Technical Analyst? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
· 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration, with at least 1-3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations
· Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions
· Experience with Dynamics 365 integration tools and techniques
· Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell
· Experience managing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Effective communication and collaboration skills
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a strong asset
