ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Project Manager for immediate opportunities.

ROLE: Microsoft Cloud Project Manager

The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:

MANDATORY:

Experience:

• Project Management of a migration to Microsoft Cloud based tools on Azure
• Including a migration of Exchange on premise to Exchange cloud
• Integration of on premise and cloud based Microsoft software
• Rollout of office 365
• Project Management of an upgrade of Windows 10 to Windows 11
• Project Management of Windows Server (multiple versions) to Windows Server 2012
• Bachelor's or technical degree in Information Technology, or a related field
• Certification or training in project management
• Certification or training in service management and ITIL
  
  

Skills:

• Proven experience in managing IT projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Experience with budgeting and financial management

Canadian Citizen or US Citizen or US Work permit with an expiration at least 2 years in the future.

Must be able to travel at least 1 week out of every month.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
