We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Administrator to join our IT team. This role is critical to ensuring the effective management, security, and optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment and Windows endpoint infrastructure .

You will take the lead in administering enterprise tools including Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and emerging Microsoft 365 capabilities —driving productivity, security, and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead lifecycle management of Windows endpoints using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) , including provisioning, compliance, and retirement.
  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) .
  • Manage user accounts, licensing, roles, and policies across Microsoft 365 in accordance with IT standards and security frameworks.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security standards including BitLocker encryption, Microsoft Defender, Application Control, and Conditional Access .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services and Windows devices; lead root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
  • Support and manage emerging Microsoft 365 capabilities such as :
  • Loop for real-time collaboration
  • Places for hybrid workplace coordination
  • Excel Live / Functions / Power Fx for spreadsheet automation
  • Skim / Recall for document summarization and productivity recall
  • SCIM integrations for secure identity lifecycle management across cloud applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 features and updates .
  • Lead training workshops, demos, and feedback sessions with business users to drive adoption and optimize workflows .
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and generate reports.
  • Produce and maintain user-friendly documentation, training materials, SOPs, and release notes .
  • Stay informed on Microsoft 365 roadmap changes, feature rollouts, and security trends to drive continuous improvement .
  • Support integration of Power Platform apps with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and other business systems.
  • Ensure all practices and configurations align with SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance requirements, maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational data.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments and supporting Windows endpoint infrastructure.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) , Autopilot , and Windows 10 / 11 configuration .
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Platform , and Exchange Online .
  • Practical experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI , especially in conjunction with Dynamics 365 CE .
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of endpoint security , compliance, and Conditional Access in Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills , able to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to create effective training materials and documentation for both technical and end-user audiences.
  • Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS-102 – Enterprise Administrator Expert) is a strong asset (but not required).
