We are looking for an experienced and proactive Microsoft 365 Collaboration Technical Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This intermediate-level role focuses on providing technical assistance and guidance to end users across a wide range of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, productivity, and digital collaboration across the organization.

What you will do :

  • Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools including :
  • Microsoft Teams (chat, meetings, channels, apps)
  • OneDrive for Business (file sync, sharing, recovery)
  • Microsoft Loop (workspace collaboration and syncing)
  • Planner and To Do (task management and integration)
  • Forms (survey creation, sharing, and data access)
  • Stream (on SharePoint) (video sharing and playback issues)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve collaboration-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Support user onboarding and training for Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to ensure governance and data protection policies are followed.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Participate in feature rollouts, user adoption campaigns, and change management.

What you will bring :

  • 4–6 years of experience in IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem and administration tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, and SharePoint Admin Center, etc.
  • Proven experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in related technologies or equivalent are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-premises AD + Azure AD).
  • Exposure to ITIL practices and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft solutions

The base salary for this position is between $52,800.00 - $97,700.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
