Job summary

GoBolt is seeking a motivated MHE Driver (Order Picker) for our Calgary facility. You will operate an Order Picker as part of a fast-paced warehouse team, helping move and stock inventory and support receiving and storage activities.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has a valid Order Picker license, 1+ year warehouse experience, fluent English, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 60+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for assigned tasks.
• Use MHE to move and stock inventory.
• Assist with receiving and storage of inventory.
• Stage, sort, palletize and crate items as needed.
• Move, pick, pack and scan items safely.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Maintain GoBolt property and tools.
• Use scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies.
• Follow 5S processes and quality standards.

We’re looking to hire motivated MHE Driver (Order Picker) for our facility in Calgary, who are excited to help us in our mission to be Customer Obsessed!

Rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (overtime and weekends as needed)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a Material Handling Equipment (MHE) of an Order Picker for the appropriate task assigned;
• Using a MHE to move and stock inventory;
• Assisting with the receiving and storage of inventory delivered to the warehouse;
• Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating;
• Move, pick, pack, and scan items in a safe manner;
• Loading and unloading of trailers;
• Maintaining the integrity of GoBolt property (i.e. tools, materials, machinery);
• Using additional tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies;
• Following all 5S processes consistently and effectively;
• Ensuring product meets quality requirements;
• Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who align with our core values and:

• Currently possess a valid Order Picker license;
• Minimum 1+ years' experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre operating as an MHE Operator;
• Are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English;
• Have basic computer skills;
• Are able to lift 60+ lbs on a continuous basis;
• Have an exceptional ability to work individually and as part of a team;
• Are able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout the shifts;
• Are able to adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies;
• Thrive in a fast paced, exciting environment;
• Possess valid documentation authorize you to work in Canada.

Note:

Candidates selected for an on-site assessment must present MHE license (from certified MHE training center) at time of interview and be prepared to go through on-site testing (safety shoes are required). If successful, candidates must clear background checks.
