An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive growth at the District level. Lead and proactively plan, organize, develop, and manage a Sales Organization at the District level to ensure meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Foster a culture supporting a balanced focus on People, Service, and Profit, aligned with Canadian business strategy. Manage all revenue segments and products as assigned. Support and champion multi-OpCo revenue growth, including cross-selling and training initiatives.
