GENERAL SUMMARY

Lead and proactively plan, organize, develop, and manage a Sales Organization at the District level to ensure meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Foster a culture supporting a balanced focus on People, Service, and Profit, aligned with Canadian business strategy. Manage all revenue segments and products as assigned. Support and champion multi-OpCo revenue growth, including cross-selling and training initiatives.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; business-related preferred.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience; industry knowledge preferred.
  • Must currently be a member of FedEx Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; basic skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • In Quebec, bilingual in French and English is required.
