MG Cleaning Services is seeking F/T Rug Cleaning Foreman/woman – Dry Cleaning.

Position Info:

· Position: Rug Cleaning Foreman/woman – Dry Cleaning

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $21.50~$23.50/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Coordinate, allocate, and review the work of dry cleaning and non-classified service workers
2. Establish work schedules and protocols and organize tasks with other work units or departments
3. Manage procurement of necessary supplies and materials
4. Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
5. Monitor both quality standards and productivity levels
6. May carry out the same tasks as employees under supervision
7. Participate in the recruitment and training of staff regarding their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies

Job Requirements:

· Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

· Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
