MUJI CANADA LIMITED in Burnaby’s MUJI Metrotown store is seeking a Part Time Key Holder Sales Associate to join a dynamic retail team. You will excel in a fast-paced environment, provide friendly service, manage opening/closing procedures, and help maintain displays and inventory.

Ideal candidates are proactive, communicative, and team-oriented. This role involves lifting items, handling cash, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for MUJI customers.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience and/or excellent customer service experience advantageous.
• Cash handling experience desirable.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Open and close store procedures including cash handling.
• Balance cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Change displays and restock merchandise as needed.
• Drive sales and assist in receiving shipments.
• Handle return processing authorization and issue resolution.
• Maintain department and stock room organization.
• Communicate issues to management for resolution.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Support in maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
• Greet customers and respond promptly to inquiries.

Part Time Key Holder Sales Associate

MUJI CANADA LIMITED is actively seeking aPart Time Key Holder Sales Associateto join ourMUJI Metrotown location. This is a multi-faceted role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of functions. If your experience,educationand/or skill set match our needs, we want to hear from you!

Purpose

The primary responsibility of the sales associate is to provide excellent customer service to MUJI customers. Staff must be proactive and excel in a multi-tasking environment which is constantly changing. Staff should be eager to learn as MUJI carries over 7000 products. Ideal sales associates will be well versed in MUJI's philosophy andpossessa love for its products. Staff are sometimes required to lift and transport heavy items. Minimal computer knowledge is necessary.
