The Methods Agent standardizes, improves, and raises the quality and certification output of existing and future shop processes and repairs at FTAI Aviation Montreal.
Standardization means working alongside shop floor employees to develop sustainable processes and practices that deliver consistent quality regardless of the operator's experience level. Because processes, parts, and repairs vary in maturity — and some operations demand more attention than others — the Methods Agent continuously raises repair procedures and processes to a higher standard, equalizing maturity across the shops.
Quality and certification output go hand in hand: when operations are performed right the first time and rework is eliminated, parts move faster through the shop cells and certification output increases.
FTAI Aviation is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in the workplace. We are committed to excellence in serving all customers, including people with disabilities, and we encourage feedback on the provision of these services.
