We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Metal Spinning Operators/Technicians to join our team due to our high growth rate and large backlog. These are entry to mid-level positions responsible for operating metal spinning machines and supporting manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidates will have experience with CNC controls, metalworking, and teamwork in a shop setting. The Metal Spinning Operators/Technicians will play a key role in producing high-quality aerospace, defense, and automotive components while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor metal spinning machines and forging equipment.
Use CNC controls to adjust spin parameters and ensure precision manufacturing.
Use torches to heat metal parts as required for the spinning process.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Inspect parts during and after production to ensure adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with other operators, technicians, and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in metal spinning, CNC machine operation, or metal fabrication preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Basic understanding of metalworking tools and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Range: $20.00 – 35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: 1 st and 2 nd Shifts: 7 AM – 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM – 12 AM [Monday – Friday (8-hour shift)]
