Responsibilities

• Process material according to customer work orders and specifications.
• Pull, inspect, and verify product before processing.
• Set up and operate saws and processing equipment safely per setup instructions.
• Verify product dimensions using approved measuring tools and sampling plans.
• Record inspection measurements and maintain production data.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, weighing scales and other handling equipment safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
• Communicate with sales regarding order clarifications or changes.
• Assist with packaging according to work instructions and customer requirements.
• Identify, record and segregate scrap or non-conforming material.
• Complete production, quality, and productivity logs accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and process improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing and quality initiatives.
• Train team members as needed.
• Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Carry out responsibilities in a safe manner.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus $0.65/hour night shift premium
