Job Title: Messaging Support Consultant

Contract Duration: 2 Years

Work Type: Hybrid

Location: Regina, SK


Project Details Team: Intelligent Networks & Infrastructure

  • Projects and support that include Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. This should be from a developer's perspective and include:
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Platform: A strong understanding of the SharePoint platform, including its user interface, business intelligence, collaboration, and content management capabilities.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Familiarity with the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Customization and Integration: Experience in designing, developing, and implementing customized SharePoint solutions and integrating them with other systems.
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to create technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updates.
  • Security Management: Ensuring the security of SharePoint systems by setting up and managing user permissions.

Service Details:

  • Expertise in SharePoint (3 to 5 years) is required.
  • OneDrive, M365, and Exchange Online skills as well.

Mandatory Certifications & Education:

  • Microsoft Certified Professional Developer - SharePoint
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - SharePoint
  • 2 to 4 years of formal education (technical school or university)

Desired Experience:

  • Setting up and supporting Exchange Online and OneDrive.
  • Deliverables:
  • Custom Web Parts, Workflows, and Forms: Developing custom web parts, workflows, and forms to enhance the functionality of SharePoint sites.
  • Site and Application Maintenance: Designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • User Training and Documentation: Creating technical documentation and user guides and providing training to users on new systems or updates.
