BRP, headquartered in Valcourt, Quebec, seeks a skilled MES Support & Deployment specialist to stabilize manufacturing solutions across global sites. You will serve as the primary technical contact for complex incidents, contribute to feature validation, and drive continuous MES improvements.
You will provide Tier 2 plant support, perform root-cause analysis on incidents, develop test scenarios with the dev team, and support go-lives with environment validation. Bilingual English/French required.
Reporting to the MES Support and Deployment Manager, you will play a key role in the stability and quality of the manufacturing solutions used across our global production sites. In this role, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for complex incidents (during regular hours and on-call), contribute to the validation of new features, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
