Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled MES Consultant with strong expertise in Werum PAS-X to join our team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital manufacturing and has extensive experience designing and configuring Master Batch Records (MBRs). This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a global pharmaceutical environment and make an impact in optimizing production processes, all while working from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure MBRs using Werum PAS-X MES.

• Work closely with business analysts and manufacturing stakeholders to gather and validate system requirements.

• Support integration activities between MES and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, LIMS).

• Troubleshoot and resolve PAS-X related issues.

• Ensure alignment with GMP standards and manufacturing best practices.

• Participate in validation, testing, and documentation activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a MES Consultant, specifically with Werum PAS-X.

• Strong experience in MBR design and configuration.

• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP compliance.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written).

• Availability to work between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST.
