You'll advise clients on local and cross-border tax affairs, acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis and M&A tax solutions.
Our team assists clients with various aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, such as transaction structuring, tax due diligence, internal reorganizations, and post-acquisition integration. As part of our team, you'll help assess historical tax risks of potential targets, analyze transactions for unusual tax risks or benefits, advise on tax-efficient restructurings, and perform financial analysis to evaluate tax consequences.
