Base pay range

CA$120,000.00 / yr - CA$160,000.00 / yr

Director & Senior Consultant at Corporate Consultants

Our client is a leading provider of software and services to a select group of public and private sector markets. They acquire, manage and build industry specific software businesses which provide specialized, mission-critical software solutions that address the particular needs of customers. With over customers in over 100 countries and a proven track record of solid growth, they are establishing a broad portfolio of software businesses to provide customers and shareholders with exceptional returns.

The role is open due to strategic growth and reports to the one of the VP's of M&A. The M&A Director will play an integral role;

  • Evaluating and executing investments in vertical market software companies
  • Supporting General Managers in pursuing acquisitions in core and adjacent markets
  • Pursuing acquisitions in net new markets.
  • Accountable for the entire M&A life cycle from managing lead generation through to closing and integration of transactions.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years or progressive experience in a corporate development role, top tier consulting firm, M&A function at a major Accounting firm, investment banking, or private equity firm combined with a CFA, CPA or MBA. Deal execution experience is required.
