Job summary

Best Buy Canada is seeking a merchandising supervisor (product process team lead) to coach a retail team of specialists and deliver an outstanding customer experience in Ottawa. You will motivate staff, oversee KPIs, and ensure store standards and safety while driving profitable operations.

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $22.26 - $25.57. This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above. Pay may vary by province. Pay listed is for the location advertised.
