Job summary

The Brick is expanding our merchandising team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers, move and stock furniture, and ensure displays are correctly tagged and promoted.

Responsibilities include unloading trailers, organizing stock, and assisting staff with product questions while keeping the warehouse neat and inventory accurate. A strong customer service focus and team orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and checkout tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Moving and lifting of product
• Attach price tags & promotions to displays
• Unload trailers, organize stock, assemble & wrap furniture
• Assist customers and store staff with issues and questions regarding product
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organization and cleanliness of warehouse

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move heavy objects, up to 75 lbs
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Great communication skills
• Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends, as required
