Job summary

The Brick in Vaughan, Canada is looking for a customer‑focused, physically capable merchandiser to support our busy retail and warehouse operations. You will move products, assist customers, and help maintain accurate stock while working with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience using customer service skills in a retail or warehouse setting.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Basic computer and inventory skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Move and stock merchandise, attach price tags and promotions.
• Unload trailers, organize stock, and wrap furniture as needed.
• Assist customers and staff with product questions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep the warehouse tidy.
• Support team with ad‑hoc tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Moving and lifting of product
• Attach price tags & promotions to displays
• Unload trailers, organize stock, assemble & wrap furniture
• Assist customers and store staff with issues and questions regarding product
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organization and cleanliness of warehouse

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move heavy objects, up to 75 lbs
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Great communication skills
• Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends, as required
