Job summary

The Brick Group is seeking a motivated merchandising associate to join our team in Canada. You will be responsible for moving and lifting furniture, tagging displays, unloading stock, and assisting customers and staff with product questions.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy and a tidy warehouse while supporting a customer-first environment. The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers opportunities for career growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
• Customer service skills required.
• Able to work alone as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Moving and lifting of product
• Attach price tags & promotions to displays
• Unload trailers, organize stock, assemble & wrap furniture
• Assist customers and store staff with issues and questions regarding product
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organization and cleanliness of warehouse

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move heavy objects, up to 75 lbs
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Great communication skills
• Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends, as required
