Job Description

We are recruiting Regional Floral Merchandisers to work within a designated region on behalf of growers, merchandising plant programs in large retailers from mid-April to mid-June (7 weeks). Responsibilities include supporting 1-2 retail locations by locating incoming orders, ensuring they are placed on the sales floor, managing inventory and pricing, and maintaining all items in the retail locations within a designated region.

Having personal transportation to travel efficiently between 2 locations per shift is an asset. Availability to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (occasionally Friday) between 8 am and 4 pm is required, depending on delivery schedules. Weekly hours will range between 4-8 hours.

• Ability to bend, lift, push, and pull items weighing 20-50 lbs during shifts
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of floral or plant maintenance
• Personable with strong relationship-building skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or labor
• Ability to travel up to 1 hour from home base (asset)
• Access to a cell phone with data for online reporting
