Merchandising Specialist Opportunity

About the Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser for a short-term contract at a gas station. This role is ideal for someone with previous merchandising experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment with a small team. If you’re organized, efficient, and ready to make an immediate impact, we want to hear from you!

Date: May 14-15

Time: 12pm-8pm (2 days Contract)

Safety gear is mandatory at the site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planogram Execution: Accurately merchandise planograms to ensure shelves are visually appealing and products are correctly placed.
2. Pricing & Labeling: Create and install price labels for accurate product information.
3. Stocking & Product Placement: Fill planograms with products from the backroom, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organized.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify low inventory, and maintain accurate records.
5. Retail Basics: Stock, face, and maintain shelf presentation standards.
6. Policy Adherence: Follow all company and store policies to ensure safety and professionalism.
7. Professional Presentation: Maintain a polished appearance, including wearing the uniform and name tag.
8. Support Tasks: Assist with other duties as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Merchandising Experience: Previous experience required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 30-40 lbs comfortably.
• Availability: Must be available for the full contract duration.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills focused on accuracy and efficiency.
