Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. in Welland, Ontario is seeking an independent contractor Merchandiser to manage in-store displays for a national CPG client. This role is 15 hours per week on weekdays, offering flexible, field-based work.

You will assemble product displays, replenish stock according to planograms, update seasonal pricing, and submit daily reports. The starting rate is $19 per hour, with competitive compensation and the opportunity to work autonomously across multiple retailers.

Responsibilities

• Making our packaged product displays look beautiful and appealing to customers
• Bringing products from the storage area and filling up the displays following a Planogram
• Updating any seasonal displays/pricing
• Placing product orders
• Executing account-specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs
• Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
• Providing regular merchandising support – maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
• Preparing and submitting required reporting daily

We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 15 hours per week on weekdays!

Starting Rate: $19/HR

Position Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Able to maintain a professional demeanour with the public and store personnel when performing duties
• Detail oriented and extremely organized
• Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs
• Able to stand for several hours on a continuous basis
