About the Role

As a Merchandiser at Bell Nursery, you will be the face of our company for retail partners, responsible for visual merchandising, unloading, and stocking shipments of live goods, as well as customer relations. Merchandisers report to store, area, district, and market managers, and collaborate with receiving partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Bell Nursery policies and standards
• Execute visual merchandising per plan
• Set up store ads as needed
• Unload and stock deliveries manually or with assistance
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Advocate for proper watering standards
• Communicate daily with leadership

Technology Requirements

• Functioning smartphone
• Ability to download and use payroll and inventory apps
• Communicate via text, email, and phone (may be reimbursed)
