Our Merchandisers are essential in ensuring Coke products are available in local grocery stores, maintaining beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays with refreshing options. They are ambassadors of our brand and champions of superior service.

Territory: Summerside

Schedule: 8-15 hours per week. Must be available on Saturdays and Mondays.

Salary: $17.50 per hour + Mileage

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers, transporting products using manual equipment.
2. Build, change, or remove product displays following company standards; maintain signage; clean and secure products.
3. Follow all company and store policies regarding safety, backroom, and display areas.
4. Manage backroom inventory, organize stock, identify and report inventory levels, and handle damaged products.
5. Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
6. Develop professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
7. Physical Requirements:
   1. Lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 lbs/22 kg above shoulder height.
   2. Perform kneeling, squatting, and reaching movements.
   3. Push and pull equipment with product loads for at least 100 yards.
   4. Handle objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
   5. Stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

1. Must be 17 years old.
2. Valid Class 5 driver’s license and personal vehicle for work hours.
3. Current vehicle liability insurance and a clean driving record over the last three years.
4. Preferably, at least one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related fields.
5. Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks is a plus.
