Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Corner Brook is hiring for a merchandising/ store associate role. You will organize backroom product, use PDT/MMS systems, handle returns, and ensure displays are customer-focused and compliant with store standards.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining a neat backroom, documenting receipts, and supporting store management while meeting health and safety requirements. Flex shifts may apply.

• Ensure proper documentation for receiving and returns.
• Support Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards.
• Maintain uniform and customer-facing image; assist customers in aisles.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and store standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes

• As directed, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return

Receiving

• Receives merchandise in accordance with the receiving policies and procedures
• Maintains a neat and organized backroom according to principles of backroom organization
• Ensures proper documentation is completed with respect to the receiving and return of goods
• Supports Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining the quality and standards

Customer Service

• Clean image to the customers in accordance with uniform policy and dress code
• Takes initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles

General

• Complies with all health and safety regulations
• Complies with all Store Standards
• Complies with loss prevention policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required
