Why this role is important?

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Must have open availability until midnight.

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Multi role position. Cashier & merchandising / receiving.

Full time may become available at a later date.

MERCHANDISING :

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Be an expert in assigned areas of product inventory, placement, and expiry dates.
• Maintain store standards related to image and trends.
• Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and shoppable.

RECEIVING :

• Receive merchandise following policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and organized backroom.
• Complete proper documentation for receiving and returns.
• Support Store Management in maintaining quality and standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE :

• Maintain a clean image per uniform policy and dress code.
• Assist customers proactively in the aisles.

GENERAL :

• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to store standards and loss prevention policies.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Efficient, organized, and neat.
• Adaptable to changing sales floor situations.
• Accurate and efficient in cash handling (if applicable).

EXPERIENCE :

• Basic computer and cash register skills.
• Well-organized with good record-keeping skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Self-motivated.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

• Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders.
