Sales Merchandiser

About the Position

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 17-19 hours per week on weekdays!

Responsibilities

1. Making our packaged products displays look beautiful and appealing to customers
2. Bringing product from the storage area and filling up the displays following a Planogram
3. Updating any seasonal displays/pricing
4. Placing product orders
5. Executing account specific initiatives i.e. bookings, end caps, marketing programs
6. Recognizing opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
7. Providing regular merchandising support – maintain shelves, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, freshness, etc.
8. Preparing and submitting required reporting daily

Position Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
2. Able to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel when performing duties
3. Detail oriented and extremely organized
4. Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment
5. Able to lift up to 30 lbs
6. Able to stand for several hours on a continuous basis
