• Adaptable to changing environments
• Able to meet physical requirements, including:
• Standing and walking 3-8 hours
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability with business partners
• Residing within 20 km of Victoria, BC, with travel to Salt Springs
