Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, with the customer at the center of everything you do.

Why this role is important?

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MERCHANDISING:

• Organize backroom products and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Be an expert in assigned areas of product inventory, placement, and expiry dates.
• Maintain store standards related to image and trends.
• Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and ‘shoppable’.

RECEIVING:

• Receive merchandise according to policies and procedures.
• Keep the backroom neat and organized.
• Complete proper documentation for receiving and returns.
• Support the Front Store Manager/Assistant in maintaining quality and standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Present a clean image in accordance with uniform policy and dress code.
• Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers.

GENERAL:

• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Follow store standards and loss prevention policies.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Efficiency, organization, and neatness.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations on the sales floor.
• Accuracy and efficiency in processing customer transactions (if applicable).

EXPERIENCE:

• Some computer and cash register skills.
• Well-organized with good record-keeping abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Self-motivated.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
