Coke Canada Bottling Merchandisers work in local grocery stores helping our clients keep Coke Canada Bottling products fully stocked and available to consumers – keeping beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays filled. Merchandisers are frontline ambassadors, providing superior service to clients and consumers.

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible schedule: Weekdays and weekends, must be available to work 3 to 5 full shifts between 8AM and 8PM
• Salary: $20/hr + mileage compensation

Requirements: A valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle for work-related purposes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom and front-of-store using manual equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck)
• Build, change, or remove product displays adhering to company standards; maintain signage; clean product space; secure damaged or defective product
• Follow all company policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety
• Manage backroom by organizing stock, monitoring inventory levels, reporting damaged product, re-packing, and completing paperwork
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers
• Physical Requirements:
  • Repetitively lift, carry, and position product (up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height
  • Perform kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head
  • Push and pull manual and powered equipment over a minimum of 100 yards
  • Stand and walk for long periods

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age
• Preferred: 1+ year experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related fields
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
• Preferred: 1+ year experience working independently
• Must have a personal vehicle and current vehicle liability insurance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record over the past 3 years
