Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Why this role is important?

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MERCHANDISING:

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
• Be an expert in assigned areas of product inventory, placement, and expiry dates
• Maintain store standards related to image and current trends
• Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable'

RECEIVING:

• Receive merchandise according to policies and procedures
• Keep a neat and organized backroom following organization principles
• Complete proper documentation for receiving and returning goods
• Support the Front Store Manager/Assistant in maintaining quality and standards

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Maintain a clean and professional image in line with uniform and dress code policies
• Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles

GENERAL:

• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Adhere to store standards
• Follow loss prevention policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Efficiency, organization, and neatness
• Ability to adapt to changing situations on the sales floor
• Accuracy and efficiency in cash handling (if applicable)

EXPERIENCE:

• Basic computer and cash register skills
• Well-organized with good record-keeping abilities
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
