The Merchandise staff will work in the Lansdowne Sports store, games and events at TD Place and Lansdowne to ensure each fan and guest has an exceptional experience!

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner;
• Support customers in locating merchandise;
• Fulfill online orders for pickup and delivery;
• Provide product knowledge pertaining to all event and team merchandise;
• Maintain merchandise kiosks/store/warehouse in presentable fashion;
• Enforcing event rules and relevant health and safety regulations;
• Assist guests with entering TD Place.

• The ability to provide excellent customer service;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Highly organized and attentive to detail;
• The ability to lift 40 pounds;
• The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations;
• The ability to stand for extended periods;
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays;
• POS experience is an asset;
• Bilingualism is considered an asset;
• Ability to work varied schedules including week days, evenings, and weekends.
