Job summary

La Vie en Rose, based in Montreal, is seeking a permanent, full-time Replenishment Associate to oversee merchandise replenishment and box storage for order preparation in the distribution center.

You will palletize and properly place merchandise on shelves, refill item locations, transport goods, verify missing items, and verify SKUs using a scanner to ensure accuracy across stores.

Qualifications

• Experience with merchandise replenishment is preferred.
• Ability to verify sizes, colors, styles and SKUs using a scanner.
• Ability to work in a distribution/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Palletize and place merchandise on shelves safely.
• Refill merchandise in item locations.
• Transport and place merchandise in designated areas.
• Have missing items verified by the responsible person at the computer.
• Obtain purchase orders via scanner and pick items; verify size, color, style and SKU for each store.
• Pack items into boxes and label boxes with store number, initials and box number.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the distribution center area.
• Perform all other related tasks.

Purpose of the role

Under the supervision of the Replenishment Department Team Leader, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing merchandise replenishment and the storage of boxes for order preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Palletize and properly and safely place merchandise on shelves;
• Refill merchandise in item locations;
• Transport and place merchandise in designated areas;
• Have missing items verified by the responsible person at the computer;
• Obtain a purchase order via scanner and pick the corresponding items; for each store, verify size, color, style, and SKU of selected products;
• Pack items into boxes and properly label completed boxes (store number, initials, and box number);
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned section of the distribution center;
• Perform all other related tasks.
