About The Role

In this role, you will work in an energized, fast-paced environment, collaborating with peers to prepare and move merchandise according to safety, production, and accuracy standards. You will maintain and verify documentation to facilitate merchandise flow through the Distribution Center, ensuring outstanding product delivery to our customers.

What You'll Do
  1. Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing, counting, loading, unloading, housekeeping, and safety functions.
  2. Ensure quality and performance metrics are met while creating a positive customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with team members to support process improvements and cost reductions.
  4. Follow standard operating procedures under supervision to accomplish tasks.
  5. Work in multiple departments as assigned, meeting performance metrics.
Who You Are
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, bending, and stacking cartons, standing or walking for up to 12 hours.
  • May need to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., depending on work assignment.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
  • Willing to learn standard operating procedures, including operating power industrial vehicles if applicable.
  • Can independently log into computers and operate digital tablets or wearable devices.
  • Complete self-guided orientation on digital platforms.
  • Possess basic English proficiency for communication and safety signage comprehension.
