Overview

Merchandise Associate

Permanent Part Time, Up to 30 hours/week

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and every other Saturday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

As a Merchandise Associate we encourage you to expand your creativity on how to best setup displays and to provide input on assisting customers to maximize the sales process. What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensure The ROCK Harley Davidson brand is maintained through exceptional service and ongoing focus on improving the in-store customer experience.
  • Assist with event setup and takedown, including preparing materials and arranging spaces, and ensuring everything is properly packed up afterward.
  • Provide sales support to customers by inquiring, listening and recommending merchandise based on customer needs.
  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge on product offerings by seeking training and sharing new trends and product knowledge with customers.
  • Assist with ordering and be responsible for inventory controls for merchandise.
  • Improve the operational efficiency of retail by offering ideas to provide a better customer experience (in and out of the showroom).
  • Maintain store cleanliness, seasonal and fill-in merchandising, and displays.

  • Experience with Point-of-Sale and computerized inventory systems
